Godox sticks to its active marketing policy and recently announced about a firmware update for its speed flash units. This step was performed as a response to a recent hype around Canon’s removal of a central hotshoe pin from its entry-level DSLRs.
The new firmware for Godox V860II-C, V350-C, TT350-C and X1T-C (all Canon versions) should fix this issue. This solution should allow the compatibility with Canon’s center-pin-less hotshoes.

At the moment Godox already has released an update V1.8 for its V860II-C and promised to offer an update for the rest of the models.
Also worth mentioning is the fact that they have said “compatibility with new cameras, e.g. …”, so presumably it can also mean the support of future Canon cameras lacking the central pin.
The whole list of firmware update is located at the Godox downloads page, where you can find the necessary details on how to upgrade your flash unit.
